American Truckstops and Our Oversized Artwork(2008)
Recorded on a Fostex 4-track during a 2-day road trip from Michigan to Texas. The rules:
1) Write and record one song for each state visited.
2) Each song must be recorded at a truck stop.
3) The song writing process may not start until the car has entered the ramp to the truck stop where the song will be recorded.
4) The song writing process must end by the time the car is parked - no driving around to increase writing time!
5) All parts must be recorded in one take. Every take is a keeper. Deletion is for ninnies.
6) Whomever said that works of genius are created when artists put limitations on themselves is a dolt.

The Grand Crappenstance Happenstance Emporium(2009)
An experimental hip hop album covering the tales and times of a man named Monsieur Malango. He was raised in the jungles of Africa, had his town wiped out by an assassin tidal wave that rode up a river, sailed the seas and saw sights to be seen, fell into a love that could not be with a jungle goddess, used shamans as soulful social guides, subtly settled and started a restaurant named "Monsieur Malango's Five Star Feeding Frenzy", and eventually disappeared never to be seen again. You know, the run of the mill life for the run of the mill life's story.
